lolcheco is a pre-game learning service that provides Riot Games API-based TFT match statistics, deck discovery, item and augment filters, and gameplay guides.

2. Relationship with Riot Games

lolcheco is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

3. Limitations of Statistics

Statistics may vary depending on collection time, patch, server, tier, sample size, and aggregation methods. Recommendations and guides do not guarantee a win or any specific result. Users remain responsible for their gameplay decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

• Do not send automated requests that place an excessive load on the service.
• Do not bypass access controls or copy, resell, or republish service data and functions without authorization.
• Do not disrupt the service or infringe the rights of others.

5. Changes and Availability

All or part of the service may be changed or temporarily suspended due to patch changes, Riot API policies, outages, maintenance, or operational needs.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights in Riot Games names, images, data, and related properties belong to their respective owners. Rights in original lolcheco layouts, explanatory text, and functions belong to the operator or other lawful rights holders.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of information provided free of charge, service interruptions, data changes, or game outcomes, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes and Governing Law

These Terms may be revised when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced through the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
